Tweet ThisMany months of development and Pinned is complete. Today I am submitting to Apple and beginning the process. As my first app, I am constantly learning the process and will see how difficult it is to get in store. 
As I may have mentioned, I initially built this app to satisfy my own needs. I collected many location bookmarks on Maps but when out and about in NYC, I was stuck with a giant list of bookmarks without the ability to see them in comparison to my location. Naturally, I had to invest a decent amount of money in this project so would be really happy making my money back. Anything more would be beautiful.
Tweet ThisThe latest addition, which was pretty much just part of the category implimentation, is the ability to drop all your pins from a category.
No matter if it is a custom category or a default one, drop all the pins to pinpoint exactly the type of venues you are looking for in your surroundings. If at any time you wish to show all your bookmarks again, simply tap the ‘refresh pins’ icon and drop-away.
Yet another major improvement to the map app world.
Tweet ThisA recent addition to the app allows the categorizing of your pins through a default list of categories. You can also create and save your own categories. For instance, “Great Fishing Spots”, “Hidden Bars”, etc. You can geolocate yourself, name where you are, and add it to a category or create your own.
Again, another major improvement to the map app world and another thing Apple totally missed with theirs.
