No matter if it is a custom category or a default one, drop all the pins to pinpoint exactly the type of venues you are looking for in your surroundings. If at any time you wish to show all your bookmarks again, simply tap the ‘refresh pins’ icon and drop-away.

Yet another major improvement to the map app world.

You can also create and save your own categories. For instance, “Great Fishing Spots”, “Hidden Bars”, etc. You can geolocate yourself, name where you are, and add it to a category or create your own.

Again, another major improvement to the map app world and another thing Apple totally missed with theirs.
